Responsibilities
- Forge Strong Client Relationships: Build trust with new and existing clients through commercial maintenance contracts, enhancements, and snow removal services.
- Drive Sales & Business Development: Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service add-ons that showcase value and expertise.
- Ensure Quality & Satisfaction: Visit client sites regularly, communicate proactively, and oversee crews to maintain the highest service standards.
- Lead With Organization: Plan and schedule daily activities in partnership with the Operations Manager, monitoring progress against sales goals.
- Winter Responsibilities: Collaborate with our snow operations team to keep client properties safe and accessible.
Qualifications
- Landscape Expertise: Proven ability in landscape maintenance, plant material knowledge, and installation best practices.
- Professional Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Project Management Prowess: Strong organizational talents with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Sales Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in sales, with a focus on building lasting client partnerships.
- Leadership & Personality: Positive, outgoing approach that motivates others and fosters a cooperative team environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, or equivalent experience. Certifications such as Landscape Professional or Landscape Technician.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must-Haves: Valid driver’s license. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (with additional compensation).
