What You’ll Lead
- Lead Crews on High-Profile Landscape Projects – Oversee installation, enhancements, and irrigation for residential and commercial clients.
- Own Project Delivery – Manage timelines, budgets, materials, and on-site logistics to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Clients & Teams – Serve as the key point of contact between clients, team members, and management to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Ensure Quality & Safety – Uphold best practices, quality craftsmanship, and safe working environments.
- Be Hands-On – Participate in work as needed, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
What You Bring to the Team
✔ 5 years of proven leadership in landscape installation, enhancement, and irrigation.
✔ Project management skills—from start to finish, you know how to deliver.
✔ Ability to read blueprints and manage site logistics with precision.
✔ Strong leadership & communication—you inspire teams and build trust with clients.
✔ Organizational excellence—you keep projects on track and teams motivated.
✔ Bilingual in Spanish a plus (bonus pay available).
✔ Valid driver's license & clean driving record (required).
