As we continue to expand and take on new, exciting projects, Bumgardners Landscape Management is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. This new role is part of our commitment to delivering outstanding results while supporting our growing portfolio of clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead landscape crews on exciting projects to bring designs to life.
- Manage project timelines, materials, and resources with efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and management to ensure success.
- Uphold safety, quality, and professional standards on every job site.
- Participate in hands-on work, ensuring every detail is perfect.
What We’re Looking For
- A seasoned professional with 5 years experience in landscape installation, enhancement, and irrigation.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and oversee all aspects of site management.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not required. (Bonus pay for bilingual speakers)
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
