What You’ll Do

  • Ensure Top-Quality Work – Conduct thorough site inspections and audits to maintain the highest standards of landscape care.
  • Problem-Solve & Improve – Identify issues, recommend solutions, and collaborate with field teams to drive improvements.
  • Leverage Technology – Use tablets and reporting tools to document and communicate quality assessments.
  • Promote Best Practices – Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines for every project.
  • Enhance Client Satisfaction – Help deliver exceptional results that clients notice and appreciate.

What You Bring to the Table

Strong Attention to Detail – You spot what others miss.
Problem-Solving Mindset – Quick to identify and resolve issues.
Great Communicator – Able to work well with teams and clients alike.
Independent & Collaborative – Comfortable working solo and with others.
Physically Ready – Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons.
Valid Driver’s License – Required for travel between sites.


Preferred (But Not Required):

Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field.
1 Year Landscaping Experience – Hands-on knowledge of plants, materials, and landscape techniques.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office, tablets, and software tools.
