Quality Assurance Support Specialist
Location: Grants Pass, OR

This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Operations Professional with extensive paperwork processing experience in the Wealth Management Industry.

Overview:
Imagine working in an operational environment surrounded by successful, motivated, and passionate individuals committed to improving investors' lives. As a member of our Integrations team, you will be responsible for reviewing paperwork, reducing errors, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational needs. This role is essential in maintaining accuracy during advisor transitions, supporting the traveling integration team from our Grants Pass, OR office. Unlike the traveling Integration Support Specialist role, this position is based in-office, with one required on-site training trip.
The Opportunity:
This is a rewarding and engaging role that allows you to contribute to seamless transitions for financial advisors and their clients. You will build strong relationships within the firm while helping ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency during advisor onboarding.
Your Qualifications:
- Extensive administrative experience processing paperwork in the Wealth Management Industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
- Understanding of compliance and financial documentation (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
The Day-to-Day:
- Review paperwork before it’s sent to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct final audits once money transfers are complete
- Set up billing in our system and communicate with other departments
- Ensure operational review and quality assurance for all active tasks
- Audit and save files for compliance and future reference
- Work with Operations to finalize transitions and ensure all steps are completed
