What You’ll Do
- Bring Landscapes to Life – Install high-quality landscape projects, including planting, hardscapes, water features, and irrigation systems.
- Use the Best Tools – Operate and maintain top-tier equipment and tools, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job.
- Collaborate & Contribute – Work closely with a highly skilled team, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards.
- Maintain Professionalism & Safety – Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean, always following best practices.
- Communicate & Problem-Solve – Engage with team members and supervisors to solve challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5 years of hands-on landscape construction experience—you’re confident in your skills and take pride in your work.
✔ Expertise in landscape installation techniques—planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and more.
✔ Commitment to Quality & Safety—you don’t cut corners, and you care about doing it right.
✔ Team Player Attitude—you thrive in a team environment and are always ready to help.
✔ Strong Work Ethic—dependable, punctual, and ready to get the job done.
➕ Bilingual (Spanish & English)—a huge plus with additional compensation.
