Position Summary
BUNDA is seeking a Regional Manager, (RM) who is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of locations within their assigned territory. This position will support and develop those locations while achieving profitable revenue growth.
Objective / Overview
The Regional Manager is seen as an integral leadership position within the BUNDA organization and is an extension of the Corporate Team. This individual is responsible for overseeing all sales and operational aspects of studios under management. The primary duties include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve goals, managing locations managers and their teams (SA's Trainers), to ensure smooth operation of each location. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The RM is the driving force behind the sales teams and the operations of each studio, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in the ever-evolving fitness industry. The RM position is a full-time position that demands a top-tier leader to maintain and grow the overall success of the business. The RM is a highly trusted individual with access to sensitive and confidential information. The role requires the utmost professionalism, tact, and discretion. The RM is responsible for the ongoing training of location leadership to ensure the budget is achieved through sales and profitability, streamlined studio operations, recruitment/optimal staffing, lead generation and in-studio culture. In addition, the RM is responsible for all levels of the organization under their oversight (Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Associates and Trainers).
This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in fitness, have a passion for sales, and possess strong leadership and operational management skills. They should be able to inspire their team, drive sales, and ensure the smooth operation of the locations they oversee. The RM reports to the COO. The expectation is that you are working out of the LA studios 100% of the time. The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. Requirements
· At least 3 - 5 years of experience in both sales & management. (Fitness industry background highly preferred).
· Has experience managing 6 locations in a designated territory.
· Must live in the respective market that you directly oversee.
· Knowledge and training in a formal sales system (preferred).
· Proven track record of being a top performer in current position.
· Experience in operations, fitness, and membership sales management.
· Experience recruiting, interviewing, and developing your own team.
· Experience in outside marketing and business-to-business sales.
· Experience dealing directly with customers as well as vendors.
· Experience in the fitness industry (preferred) or retail experience.
· Must be proficient in written and spoken English language.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Oversee all BUNDA team members, operations, and culture.
· Conduct regular visits to all locations.
· Hire, onboard and provide ongoing training for newly hired Studio Managers.
· Ensure proper execution of Sales Process and hold teams accountable for their monthly sales and lead outreach goals.
· Monitor and analyze the financial performance of each studio.
· Provide action plans and strategies to help teams meet and exceed revenue and sales goals.
· Approve hiring and termination requests within designated locations.
· Review and hold teams’ accountable to achieving LASER targets (Leads, Appointments, Shows, Enrolls, Referrals, Retention).
· Partner with location management to generate leads both in and out of the studios (Events, B2B relationship and referrals).
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
· Consistently coach and evaluate Manager performance to ensure all financial goals and Key Performance Indicators are being met.
· Examine company profit and loss statements to find opportunities and areas of improvement to drive the business forward.
· Create and implement strategies to ensure locations are efficient, profitable, and always protect the brand.
· Lead recruiting initiatives to identify and acquire talent and foster growth within all departments of your region.
· Establish and monitor facility goals such as cleanliness, retention, team turnover, membership upgrades, customer service, special events, and non-due revenue.
· Ensure that all locations follow HR procedures, including onboarding and I-9 verification.
· Act as corporate liaison for any Human Resources, facility, and payroll responsibilities.
· Oversee multiple locations and provide team guidance, approvals of Personnel Action Forms, Success Pathways, Exit Forms, Time & Attendance and monitoring Coassemble training.
· The Regional Manager will fill in for Managers when necessary.
· Assist with creating additional traffic and generating sales using current marketing promotions and/or guidelines for all locations and corporate membership programs.
· Audit team schedules according to company standards, the needs of each location, and budgetary guidelines.
· Ensure accuracy of all membership deals.
· Inform the team in all locations of any new policies and marketing promotions, challenges/events.
· Must assist in creating and maintaining an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, and guests.
· Must assist with managing email and member electronic inquiries, ensuring prompt responses to all messages.
· Host and attend meetings that include all positions.
· Communicate weekly with the COO and all Managers regarding any issues or needs.
· You will be required to have reliable transportation to and from work.
· Key Performance Indicators will be reviewed and evaluated on both a monthly & quarterly basis.
· Responsible for approving your direct reports' monthly bonuses.
· Responsible for educating, communicating, and motivating the teams by remaining positive yet focused and firm.
DEVELOPMENT
The Regional Manager is responsible for onboarding all Managers. We have a comprehensive training and onboarding program designed to prepare all employees to excel in their job functions. In addition, the RM is expected to provide continued education and observe/evaluate all Managers monthly to gather and deliver feedback on sales performance, essential job functions, etc. - identify educational needs to achieve optimal performance.

· Host 1:1 meeting(s) monthly to connect, develop, and support your managers.
· The RM will deliver quarterly training and development workshops.
· Work with Managers while on site to develop their skills and confidence in operating and selling.
OPERATIONS
· Work with the COO to optimize class schedules (modality, consider workout traffic, utilization, strength of Trainer, and labor hours).
· Stay on top of all studio-related facilities issues. (Manage the Facilities Checklist)
· Stay up to date with all company communications platforms, including Slack and Email
· Manage the inventory process and ensure that location managers are placing orders correctly, on time and within budget.
· Ensure sales staff meet the required Daily Production Model (DPM) and use studio tools to drive leads into the studio. (40 calls/day)
· Strive to maintain expected studio-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each location under management.
o Revenue – 5% YoY
o Membership Growth – 10% YoY
o Attrition – < 6.2%
o Lead Generation – 5% YoY
o LASER - 50% Appointment Booking – 90% Show Rate – 40% Enrollment – 2 Referrals for every NMU
· Oversee that each location under management is following the social media requirements set in place by the company.
· Ensure all locations are appropriately staffed to satisfy studio/studio demand while remaining within the budget (allotted hours).
o Monitor and Approve Time-Off Requests; field and find coverage for your studio when applicable.
o Attend job fairs and post to social media when applicable.
· Utilize your operation tracker to ensure all location deliverables are submitted on time (including but not limited to):
o Payroll, Inventory, Expense Reports, and Supply Ordering (on time and without error)
o Class schedule changes (45-days’ notice)
o Managers have published their SA work schedule one month in advance.
o All Marketing assets are requested utilizing proper channels and are used to communicate with the Marketing Team.
· Attend and participate in the following meetings (including but not limited to):

RECRUITING
· Proactively communicate with the recruiter regarding hiring needs.
· Participate in aiding the People Team with local recruiting efforts.
· Ensure staffing levels are appropriately managed and within budget.
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Directly supervises Studio Managers employed under their purview and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
