Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Position overview:
Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Coordinator - on 3-month contingent contract.
In this role, you will support recruitment and human resources while working closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work the full recruitment lifecycle and gain exposure to sourcing, screening, and communicating with candidates. You’ll also contribute to employer branding and assist in various recruitment and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Looking through databases for passive candidates globally
- Resume Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Scheduling Interviews: Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates, including phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Candidate Communication: Regularly communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering questions.
- Tracking Candidates: Using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information, track progress, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Job Posting: Assisting with creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
- Working with TA Manager: Networking: Building relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Attending Job Fairs: Representing the company at job fairs and career events and onsite hiring events (when needed).
- Out of Office Support: Support Talent Acquisition and hiring managers when the TA Manager is out of the office.
- Reporting: Creating recruiting reports including hiring, screening, and candidate sourcing.
- Marketing Campaigns: Creating marketing campaigns for passive candidates.
- Other activities and projects: Help with additional TA projects and HR functions as needed.
Education:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience will also be considered.
