Overview
The Organization Readiness and Change Management Director plays a crucial role within Bunge by leading and overseeing the implementation of organizational change initiatives. As part of the Business Technology organization and key leader on the enterprise transformation (Process & Systems) team, the Head of Organization Readiness and Change Management will report to the VP, Business Technology Planning & Services, collaborating closely with various teams such as Finance, Commercial, HR, Business Technology, and Regional Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global change management strategy and framework to be followed by Change Leads in each region (North America, South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific), ensuring seamless transitions during organizational transformations.
- Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals accountable for leading and executing the transformation change and organization readiness plan in each region.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define change objectives, communicate the vision, and secure buy-in from stakeholders, including frequent updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
- Identify and assess potential risks and obstacles to change, developing mitigation plans to minimize disruption.
- Create and implement communication and training plans to ensure employees are prepared and equipped for change.
- Foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.
