Job Title: Change Management
Job Location: Chesterfield, MO (Hybrid)
Job Type: 6 months CTH
Position Overview:
The Change Manager ensures enterprise projects meet objectives by driving employee adoption and minimizing resistance. The role focuses on the people side of change, including business processes, systems, technology, and job roles. Responsibilities include creating and implementing change management strategies, coaching senior leaders, and supporting project teams. Reporting to the VP of Organizational Change Management, the Change Manager plays a key role in integrating change management activities into project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Strategies, Process, and Planning
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required on Cyber Security projects.
- Support communication efforts through the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Assess change impacts by conducting impact analysis, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
- Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years in Organizational Change Management.
- Knowledge of PROSCI change management principles.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Ability to influence and guide teams across all levels.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree and Prosci Certification.
- Project coordination and management experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
