Bunker Branding is an online retailer specializing in merchandise for YouTube and Social Media Influencers. As a Brand Specialist, you will be working directly under the Creative Director with the goal of giving each Creator/Influencer the best possible experience. Our mission is to make the merchandise creation process seamless and effortless for each of our clients. This position will be working with Bunker’s top tier creators to assist in facilitating all requested merchandise, pitching new merchandising opportunities, product build outs, sales report creation and more.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Act as the primary point of contact between influencers and the graphic design team. Collaborate with influencers to brainstorm unique and marketable merchandise concepts.
• Gather, translate, and relay influencer ideas and feedback into clear design concepts for graphic designers.
• Work closely with the Creative Director that all parties are aligned on branding, style, and creative direction.
• Work with the design team to develop mockups, samples, and final artwork.
• Manage timelines and workflow for merchandise projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Track revisions, approvals, and final deliverables.
• Research trends in apparel and merchandise to create fresh, appealing designs.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure feasibility of designs and designs meet production requirements.
• Ensure final designs meet the influencer’s expectations while staying true to the brand’s quality and style.
• Prepare final approval documents, set up and optimize Shopify listings, and craft compelling content for social media engagement.

• Proven ability and willingness to take direction, with exceptional follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of projects.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $38,000-40,000 Salary

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Boerne, TX 78006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
