About the Role
This is a part-time non-benefited position requiring tutors to attend at least one class session per week and meet with students outside of class for an additional 3 hours a week. We welcome applicants who have completed ENG 115-Writing Tutor Seminar with a grade of B or higher and possess experience working with diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide writing support to students within the humanities department
- Attend weekly class sessions to facilitate peer-to-peer learning
- Meet with students individually to address writing concerns and challenges
