Job Description
The Communications and Marketing Coordinator will lead BLE's internal and external communication efforts, ensuring consistent branding and effective marketing strategies to promote the firm's services. This role is responsible for managing proposal submissions (RFPs / RFQs), supporting technical staff with project writeups, resumes, and presentations, and overseeing the development of branded materials, press releases, and event planning. The coordinator will also manage vendor relationships, media outreach, and campaign development, while supporting BLE's digital presence through social media, website content, and CRM management. This position requires a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and a passion for clear, impactful communication.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, graphic communications, graphic design and / or related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years' communication and / or marketing experience, with AEC experience preferred.
- Proven history of preparing creative, effective digital and print marketing materials.
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to set deadlines for others and keep personal deadlines.
- Experience working with a diverse group of professionals, while serving as the subsidiary to support marketing and branding efforts.
- Thorough understanding of interactive communications, delivery systems, processes and industry best practices.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), and strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop) and use of software such as SurveyMonkey and MailChimp.
- Ability to lead projects from conception to completion. Apply best practices to maximize effectiveness in all communication avenues.

- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to concisely prepare written and digital media for required audiences.
