Reporting to the Fulfilment Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that safety, quality and service is managed effectively via management of all inventory and procurement related practices.
You will bring previous experience in leadership, the ability to work within a cross functional team. You will have a strong commitment to excellent internal and external customer service.

We are looking for a Coordinator – Planning & Purchasing, for our Wacol Trade and Fulfilment Centre!
Reporting to the Fulfilment Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that safety, quality and service is managed effectively via management of all inventory and procurement related practices.
- Drive performance, ensure accurate purchasing and planning to meet demand, enabling great service to our stores and direct customers alike
- Manage all planning and purchasing related practices for the site
- Ensure a safe work culture is developed and maintained within the site and your team
- Work with customer facing team members to understand impact of inventory issues and consistently review demand planning to ensure stock position
- Build relationships with supplier network and escalate supplier issues with the store support buying team.
You will bring previous experience in leadership, the ability to work within a cross functional team. You will have a strong commitment to excellent internal and external customer service.
Your strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively, will support to lead and motivate others to achieve their best.
You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a similar or equivalent position within supply chain planning, demand planning or procurement
- Logistics or Supply Chain background is preferable
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire others, along with conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work with key suppliers and internal customers to achieve business objectives and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence internally across function areas and externally to achieve effective outcomes
