Tasks
- Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications
- Remove finished workpieces according to required machining sequences.
- Check to ensure that workpieces are properly finished.
- Review production specifications according to operations and sequencing, finished workpiece dimensions, or numerical control sequences.
- Listen to machines during operation to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration
Required Abilities
- Ability to stand and sit long periods of time
- Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Ability to write process related forms
- Repetitive cutting & trimming
- Able to complete training checklist
- Ability to determine color
- Must be able to work full schedule shift.
