About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from concept to completion.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills who can effectively manage resources, timelines, and budgets while upholding high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
