What You’ll Work On

As a key player on our team, you’ll contribute to exciting transportation projects like:

• Roadway Milling and Resurfacing
• Intersection Improvements
• Bicycle and Sidewalk Enhancements
• Neighborhood Upgrades

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing horizontal and vertical road alignments.
• Developing drainage, stormwater management, and utility relocation plans.
• Preparing maintenance of traffic plans and contract documents.
• Collaborating on traffic design, including signalization, signing, pavement marking, and lighting (a plus!).

Your Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in transportation engineering, including FDOT and municipal projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley (Open Roads), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills to interact with clients, coworkers, and agency reviewers.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• A FL PE license or EIT with the ability to obtain a PE within 1-2 years.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
