Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Support Specialist in our Chesapeake, VA office. This position will be responsible for providing customer support, entering and tracking customer orders, updating spreadsheets and processing customer claims. A successful candidate must show initiative, possess critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
- Problem resolution including order management and post sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle Customer complaints and issues regarding quality, credit/ collections issues, and transportation in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and Maintain customer and client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Copies and Reports for the Sales Team as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years performing customer support / administrative tasks in an office environment.
- Minimum High School diploma / GED
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
