- Administer correspondence activities including processing mail, tracking assignments in the document tracking system, drafting responses and reviewing outgoing correspondence for correct format, grammar, and coordination of facts.
- Manage timekeeping, track human resource actions and coordinate onboarding for unit.
- Hold a government purchase card and provide supplies and equipment for staff.
- Provide expert travel support for the assigned staff including making reservations and preparing authorizations and vouchers.
- Support the development of briefing materials for internal and external use. This includes formatting and editing PowerPoint slides and Word documents.
- Serve as the File Custodian and coordinate with the Renewable Energy Records Program.
- Assist with property management and inventory activities.
- Prepare reports and conduct research and analysis.
- Plan, coordinate and manage the calendar and schedule for the branch or group manager.
