- Inspect with Integrity : Conduct thorough inspections of residential buildings, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, to ensure they comply with all relevant codes and standards.
- Review and Recommend : Evaluate construction plans and specifications to confirm they meet safety and regulatory requirements, providing clear, actionable feedback to builders, contractors, and property owners.
- Collaborate and Support : Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to resolve code issues and offer expert advice on alternative methods or materials.
- Document and Report : Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain comprehensive documentation to support compliance and safety.
