Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced IWS/TWS Administrator to manage and support IBM/Tivoli Workload Scheduler environments, ensuring efficient job scheduling and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, upgrade, and patch Tivoli/IBM Workload Scheduler (TWS/IWS)

Configure and manage job schedules, dependencies, and recovery actions

Work with Dynamic Workload Console, Dynamic Agents, and Fault Tolerant Agents

Monitor job performance and optimize job flow

Coordinate with application teams for job setup and execution

Manage access control and user permissions

Basic AWS knowledge (EC2, ALB, Security Groups)

Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident & Change Management)

Required Experience:

Hands-on experience with TWS/IWS

Strong knowledge of job scheduling tools and concepts

Exposure to AWS and system/network configurations
