As an Analyst, Guest Intelligence, you will help uncover valuable insights from guest interactions, behaviors, and preferences through data analytics. In this role, you will develop SQL queries, work with large datasets, and support various technical analytics requests from teams across the brand. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has foundational experience in SQL, and is comfortable working with data. Familiarity with Python and data warehousing concepts (especially Snowflake) is a plus but not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow technical skills while contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Role & Responsibilities
- Use SQL to analyze guest data and identify trends that help improve guest experiences.
- Assist in developing analytics approaches to better understand guest behaviors and preferences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill analytics requests, primarily using SQL.
- Help refine and improve data queries to support business needs.
- Gain hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, especially Snowflake, to support data retrieval and analysis.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure guest-related data is accessible and well-structured.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key insights to stakeholders, utilizing tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Support the enhancement of reporting tools and methods to improve data storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or related discipline.
- 2 years of experience or coursework in SQL, with a willingness to develop expertise.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts (experience with Snowflake is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
