Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst, Real Estate, Asset Management’s main role is to support the strategic management of Burger King’s corporate real estate portfolio in the US and Canada. The role works closely with all development and franchising functions to execute real estate negotiations with landlords and franchisees, grow the corporate portfolio, and monitor progress on core objectives. The deals managed under the BK RE team include lease negotiations, property acquisitions and dispositions, multi-unit strategic optimizations, and refranchising deals. This position will report to Sr Manager, Real Estate, Asset Management.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Prepare negotiation strategies for multiple types of real estate deals including lease amendments, new leases, acquisitions, dispositions and terminations
- Prepare strategic analyses and report pipeline progress for national portfolio
- Work with franchisees to execute lease contracts and other real estate documents
- Work with landlords, internal counsel and other BK RE team members to execute contracts
- Prepare presentations for leadership on high-profile deals and pipelines
- Work with development team to identify site opportunities for new store openings
- University degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience related to Commercial Real Estate or QSR industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to learn and be challenged
- Strong analytical, organizational and work management skills
- Familiarity with intermediate financial modeling
- Highly proficient with MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization through various forms (oral presentation, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment and independently
- Self-motivated and a self-starter, eager to seek new challenges and add value
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining accuracy
