Job Summary
The Intake Specialist will be responsible for corresponding with and qualifying prospective clients via phone and email and managing the onboarding process. Prior customer service or law firm experience required.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School diploma.
- An individual with excellent customer service, communication and listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications a must.
- The ability to handle multiple phone lines with kindness, patience and professionalism.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage inquiries from prospective clients relating to the Social Security Disability application and appeal process.
- Ensure that all necessary information is shared between prospective clients and attorneys.
- Exercise excellent time-management and organization skills, as well as the ability to work productively under tight deadlines.
- Organize priorities and structure workflow to efficiently transition new intakes to active claims.
- Assist office support staff with daily office tasks.
- Communicate with prospective clients to ensure all appropriate initiating documentation is complete and received in a timely manner.
