Description
The IT Analyst will assist with evaluating new and existing IT solutions, improving technology workflows, managing assets and licensing, application management, web conferencing applications and associated equipment, and collaborating with stakeholders for Burgess Health Center. This includes, but is not limited to, system configurations (Windows and iOS devices), upgrade/replacement evaluations, business continuity, application assistance, troubleshooting, repairing, training, and other routine tasks.
High school graduate or equivalent. Technical training helpful but not required. A minimum of 5 years in information technology end-user device support and maintenance, end-user workflow support, system utilization, and application support. Previous experience with computer hardware management, software management, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Operating Systems required. Experience with Apple iOS and VMware Horizon View preferred, but not required.
