We are seeking a talented IT Systems Development Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of developers focused on delivering innovative technology solutions to support our Accounting and Billing departments. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating and maintaining custom applications that drive operational efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a skilled team of 6 to 8 developers in the creation of effective software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with leaders in Accounting and Billing to identify technology requirements and implement solutions that enhance workflows.
• Manage the software development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered promptly while adhering to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
