B&N Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Assists staff with administrative tasks for project work with accurate deliverables
- Coordinates travel, catering, vehicle service, or other event arrangements, reservations and maintains appointment calendars for services/maintenance
- Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies
- Assist with Word and Excel documents for staff
- Handles routine issues not requiring supervisor review and documents as needed
- Processes mail and packages as well as office orders
- Assists with new hire orientation and processing of basic forms
- Part time position Monday through Friday (20-24 hours per week)
- 5 years related experience, preferably as an office administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational skills
- Strong collaboration skills and works well with a team
