$33k Annually Plus Monthly Incentives ($2-$3k annually)
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Make calls to customers with past due accounts
- Order office supplies
- Complete data entry and filing
- Coordinate schedules and activities for Regional Director
- Complete other general office duties as directed
Requirements
- Good working knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional ability to multi-task
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
