Ready to make an impact—on your career, client projects, and the community? Burgess & Niple is looking for an experienced Construction Contract Administrator to join our Cincinnati office. In this role, you’ll provide technical project management for a range of projects, from local municipal initiatives in southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky (primarily in the Water/Wastewater market) to a $250M progressive design-build project slated for construction from 2025–2032.

B&N Construction Contract Administrator Responsibilities
- Oversee construction contract administration and project management during the transition from design to construction
- Prepare contracts, coordinate submittal reviews, assist with payment applications and change orders, and manage RFI responses
- Lead progress meetings, conduct occasional site visits and inspections, and ensure seamless communication between owners, design teams, and contractors
- Support contract closeout processes and documentation
- Conduct constructability reviews for design projects and contribute to design efforts
- Potentially assist with projects in other markets, such as transportation, architectural, civil/site, or environmental
- Split time approximately 75% in the office and 25% in the field
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Ecological, or Water Resources Engineering (or equivalent experience preferred).
- Extensive experience in the industry, ideally 15 years, with a strong background in the construction field
- Experience in water/wastewater facilities and infrastructure is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and an excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset
