Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with the potential for overtime when needed)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to manage and oversee cleaning operations across multiple buildings on a campus in Farmington, CT. The successful candidate will lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure that offices and warehouse spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This is a full-time position, with a requirement to fill in for staff when necessary. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to liaise directly with the company’s head personnel to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across various buildings on campus.
Ensure all areas, including offices and warehouse spaces, are cleaned and maintained on schedule.
Fill in and cover shifts when necessary to ensure there is no disruption to cleaning services.
Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all are well-stocked and in good working condition.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or training as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate with company head personnel regarding cleaning needs, feedback, and schedule adjustments.
