The Burhenn an Gruenig, Inc. is looking for a talented person to join our team. This position includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing customer information, processing invoices, maintaining inventory, and providing general support to the sales and service teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office while coordinating with technicians in the field.
Key responsibilities may include :
- Customer service : Answering phone calls, greeting customers in person, scheduling service appointments, and managing customer inquiries.
- Data entry : Entering customer information, service details, and job details into the company database.
- Scheduling : Coordinating technician schedules, dispatching service calls, and updating appointment calendars.
- Billing and invoicing : Generating invoices, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Inventory management : Tracking parts inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- File maintenance : Organizing and maintaining customer files, service reports, and other important documents.
- Administrative tasks : Copying, faxing, emailing, and handling general office duties.
- Support to technicians : Providing technicians with necessary paperwork, customer information, and updates on job status.
