Burial Beer Co is looking for enthusiastic service professionals who have a love of craft beverage, live music, and providing outstanding experiences to join our Event Team at Eulogy Music Venue and Front of House team at VISUALS Rooftop Bar.

The Job

You are okay working late nights, thrive in a high volume service environment, and go the extra mile to ensure that our guests receive great customer service and a memorable experience. You are an enthusiastic team player, with a love of hospitality and craft beverages.

What You’ll Do

Follow and uphold all beverage, service, and aesthetic standards set by the Eulogy Venue Manager, ensuring a strong focus on customer experience, artist hospitality, product quality, and efficiency throughout service execution.

Accurately perform all opening, closing, and side work duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas, as well as artist and customer spaces.

Prepare cocktail ingredients and mix beverages according to recipe and portion control standards

Check guests for proper identification and serve alcohol to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations

Process credit card transactions, ensuring all items are rang in correctly and charges are accurate.

Assist in stocking and organizing all products used in service

Report supply reorder needs and maintenance needs to management

Be willing and able to perform multiple roles, including bar, working the ticketing booth, etc

Set up and break down the venue for various operational models (live music, seated shows, taproom, event, private event, etc.)

Keep up with communications on company wide softwares

Contribute to all aspects of successful venue operations

Perform auxiliary tasks assigned by the Eulogy Venue Manager and / or Eulogy Lead Bartender

Maintain training at Visuals Rooftop Bar, working shifts and helping the team upstairs during service as needed

Requirements :

Who We’re Looking For

Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required

Minimum age requirement of 21 years

3 years cocktail bartending experience

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Positive, engaging personality and professional work ethic

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong task and time management abilities

Eye for detail and an interest in craft beer and the Burial brand

Basic math and computer skills, and POS knowledge

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
