Office Operations Specialist
Description:
Individuals in this position are required to answer and manage inbound calls to the business, manage and process client maintenance renewals, assist with existing quoting and purchasing processes, and cross-train in other various financial and administrative duties. This position involves significant interaction with clients via phone, email, and in-person, requiring a professional demeanor and a customer service centric approach to communications.
Internal training, mentoring, and other growth opportunities exist for individuals in this position.
Individuals in this position are salaried employees expected to maintain onsite office hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Technical Skills:
- Strong data entry skills involving web portals and other data entry applications
- Effective, detail focused note taking skills
- Strong data validation and verification skills
- Strong proofreading skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems and services*
- Basic to intermediate experience with Quickbooks Online, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
- Basic to Intermediate level desktop application skills including Microsoft Office applications
