Under the direction of the Manager of Operations Systems Support, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring the Bank's goals and objectives are met through application support and maintenance of the Bank's informational / operational systems and their corresponding configurations. This includes providing management and general oversight for the Bank's customer relationship management (CRM) application, deposit and loan origination applications, integrated documentation systems, core banking system, and others. Duties include the performance of import verifications, regular data quality and maintenance-related tasks, the configuration of work flows and other product parameters, testing of system updates pre / post-change, periodic training of others across various tasks, engagement with vendors supporting troubleshooting and new capabilities development, and management of end user access. Incumbent will also assist with additional systems reporting as part of the Bank's overall data governance program and support team responsibilities. Incumbent must be PC proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point. Must have familiarity and experience with the usage and management of computer databases. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

- Ensure consistent, efficient, and effective support of operational systems in keeping them up to date and aligned with the changing regulatory environment and improved technologies.
- Plays a supporting role in the implementation and testing of system changes to support new products and system upgrades to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
- Assists bank managers and other stakeholders in collecting and reporting on information within regular / ad-hoc reports necessary to address issues / problems, develop appropriate remediation plans, and execute remediation efforts.
- Maintain an ongoing knowledge of changing banking technologies and relevant regulations.
- Assist with the implementation of new and ongoing update of existing procedures to help ensure the Bank's conformity to compliance, regulatory, best-practice, and other operational areas.

This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and opening cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
