Ascential Technologies, a leader in delivering innovative solutions to manufacturers in the industrial refrigeration industry, is expanding its North American team. We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead efforts in customer acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities within an assigned territory. This role offers a unique opportunity to help grow our existing client base, build relationships with new customers, and play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio of solutions over time.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new sales opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and developing strategies to increase penetration within your territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual to take ownership of their region and grow their role as our portfolio of solutions evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to existing accounts and manage relationships to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Prospect for new business via phone, email, and online platforms to secure new customers ("new logos").
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes for equipment and installation, ensuring customers' needs are met accurately.
  • Track orders and monitor ongoing project progress, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.
  • Assist the service team with parts quotes as needed to support ongoing customer requirements.
  • Participate in customer visits, sales calls, and trade shows—occasional overnight travel for client meetings and industry events within North America (approximately 25-50%).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed sales goals and expand market share in your territory.
  • Work closely with internal teams to stay informed on the latest product offerings and align customer needs with available solutions.
  • Track and report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
