Act as the internal liaison for all marketing related activities within the organization.
- Manage incoming projects from start to finish through our project management tool, coordinating with internal & external partners.
- Coordinate creative proofs with the ability to QA for grammar, design edits, and tracking items
- Be a brand ambassador and ensure all marketing collateral developed and put forward accurately represents the BURKENTINE brand
- Proactively follow up and communicate assets and deadlines to team members
- In collaboration with the outside creative team, develop on-going branding ideas, graphic and campaign recommendations for existing
- Evaluate and monitor existing partners, handle ordering processes from start to finish and effectively update
- Manage our inventory levels for promotional items and marketing materials to flag when reorders need to occur
- Assist with inbound and outbound marketing activities, such as events planning, advertising and campaign development
- Assist with occasional on-site events to promote our new communities with the marketing team
Requirements :
Degree in marketing or related field
1 - 3 Years experience in a marketing role
Must be efficient, organized and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, while also independently based on project
Task-oriented and demonstrates proactive tendencies and forward thinking
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites
Previous experience in housing, apartments or property management preferred
OSHA and Equal housing knowledge preferred
