We are looking for a Distribution Center Supervisor at our warehouse in Irving, TX.

In this role, the DC Supervisor will have a direct impact on the continuous improvement process to improve accuracy, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. This position will be working on the DC front-line operations (picking/checking orders) approximately 40 – 50% of the time.

Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. - DC LEADERSHIP: DC metrics are met, including DC lines filled per hour above 22, order accuracy at 99.6% of lines shipped.

- 3 years of distribution experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- The associate must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel by car and plane to meetings and events.
- Certified (at time of hire or within 3 months of hire) to operate forklift, reach truck, stock picker, WAV picker, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.
- Must successfully clear a background check through applicable pharmaceutical boards and pass a designated representative certification course as soon as eligible and maintain these clearances on an ongoing basis.
- Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or closely related field.
- 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment (so as to be eligible for the pharmaceutical board certification).
