Job Description:
In this role, you will conduct in-home consultations with customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions. You will educate homeowners on the benefits of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, provide detailed proposals and financing options, and follow up with potential customers to address any questions and guide them through the decision-making process.
You will also work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution, maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and company offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in HVAC sales, in-home sales, or a related customer service role
- HVAC Industry knowledge required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
