Summary
Responsible for operating various presses and equipment to produce fineblank stampings and assemblies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Selects proper raw material to produce specified product.
- Operates various presses and support equipment. This includes, but not limited to, setting and removing dies from press as required, setting and removing raw material from coil cradle straightener, making mechanical and panel adjustments to press as required, and setting tumblers as required.
- Inspects product both visually and with the use of quality control gages, instruments, and equipment.
- Monitors product via use of statistical process control.
- Inputs statistical data into computer system.
- Completes and maintains accurate records as required for the job.
- Maintains clean and safe work area.
- Good mechanical, reading, writing, listening, and communicating skills. Computer skills a plus.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
