Key Responsibilities:
Collecting, sorting, washing, drying, and folding laundry, including residents’ clothing and facility linens
Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of laundry equipment
Following infection control and safety protocols
Returning clean laundry to appropriate areas or residents’ rooms in a timely manner
Maintaining cleanliness in the laundry area
Assisting with other housekeeping tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, or a similar role is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift, bend, and move heavy laundry items
Friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents
