Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator
The facility Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator works with caregivers and staff to ensure that staffing requirements are met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment. Will liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner, supports candidates' screening and hiring process, and will oversee all staffing needs and operations of the facility.
Education Requirements :
Staffing and / or HR-related experience
- Previous LTC experience and scheduling experience highly desired but not required
