**Job Title:** Application Support Specialist II
**Overview:
As part of the Application support team, you will be responsible for providing tier 2 level support for Burlington Stores Retail and Corporate applications. This includes fixing Point of Sale (POS), mPOS, Back-Office Application Suite, Store Operation Applications, DocMGR, Time Management, Reporting Systems, Software updates, maintenance, and deployments.
This position is a Hybrid (every other week, Wednesdays/Thursdays). Holiday, weekend, and on-call coverage required. Project work must occasionally occur in the overnight hours (1AM - 7AM).
**Requirements:
• At least 3 years IT/application support required
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting retail solutions including POS and Back Office Software
• XStore (Oracle Solution) is highly preferred
**Preferred Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of retail IT hardware
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Familiarity with SQL statements
• Scripting (VBscript, MS-DOS, PowerShell) experience
