Job Summary
This application support resource will be providing technical and functional support for Onit system. Resource should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting/implementing Onit platform. While the Onit platform is primarily a “low-code” solution, a general understanding of programming fundamentals will be important. Good to have experience with legal operations processes and supporting technologies. Have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable collecting requirements from end-users and/or business analysts, analyzing them for feasibility, and putting together a technical execution plan to perform the relevant App Builder development work.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for Onit platform users.
- Engage with end-users/business analysts to collect requirements and develop technical execution plans.
- Hands-on app creation and configuration on the Onit platform.
- Use Java and Liquid Scripting to enhance and customize applications.
- Support the integration of Onit with third-party tools (e.g., Outlook add-in, SAP).
- Configure business rules, workflows, and field calculations within the Onit platform.
- Build and manage lists, reports, and filters to optimize data usage.
- Set up and manage user roles, permissions, and security settings (including Single Sign-On configurations).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues based on Onit documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear user-facing documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address complex issues with logic and creativity.
- High attention to detail in ensuring accurate configurations and functionality.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into practical, solution-based exercises.
- Experience with legal operations processes and supporting technologies.
- Familiarity with Shopify’s Liquid syntax.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for dynamic field hiding.
- Prior experience with Onit’s and Shopify’s documentation.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting and implementing Onit platform solutions.
- Proficiency in Java and Liquid scripting, including working with Liquid editor in Onit.
- Hands-on experience with Onit’s app creation and configuration tools.
- Familiarity with business rules configuration and logic building.
- Ability to perform field calculations and routing logic configurations.
- Experience with data management, including list uploads and creating complex filters for reports.
- Experience with user security configuration, including managing roles, permissions, and SSO setup.
- Knowledge of integration strategies, including working with flat file integrations and third-party system interfacing.
