ACCOUNTABILITY
- Leadership, management, and accountability of the Burn Ambassadors, Operations Lead, and Lead Trainer
- Sales (and lead) management
- Operations strategy and execution
- Member experience
- Marketing strategy and execution
- Financial strategy and execution
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership and development of front desk team members, Operations Lea and Childwatch team
- Ensure sales process and lead management process is executed by all departments on the team
- Hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of front desk team
- Manage the supplies and cleanliness of the gym and associated vendors
- Deliver an exceptional experience through the Blue Carpet Experience and ensure the entire team does as well
- Operate the social media account and coordinate with ad partners to execute paid advertising strategy
- Ownership of budget

- Has current or previous experience in a leadership or management role at a fitness facility
