POSITION OVERVIEW
The General Manager role plays a critical role at Burn Boot Camp as the leader of a member-facing team. This position will find success through strong sales execution and management. Growing the gym through all revenue streams is priority number one. This entails complete funnel management, moving people from lead all the way to conversion, as well as maintaining strong retention. To be in a position to grow the gym it’s essential our member and team experience is the best in the industry. Following the franchise playbook and being able to help team members grow in their ability to execute each day through honest and challenging conversations, as well as recognition, is a driver of success in this role. You will oversee the Operations, Childwatch, and Training departments within the gym, with the main functions being sales and lead management, leadership, people operations, and operational excellence. Direct reports will be all Burn Ambassadors (front desk), a Lead Childwatch team member, and the Lead Trainer of the location.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership and development of front desk team members, Operations Lea and Childwatch team
- Ensure sales process and lead management process is executed by all departments on the team
- Hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of front desk team
- Manage the supplies and cleanliness of the gym and associated vendors
- Deliver an exceptional experience through the Blue Carpet Experience and ensure the entire team does as well
- Operate the social media account and coordinate with ad partners to execute paid advertising strategy
- Ownership of budget
