About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Trainer to join our team at Burn Boot Camp MetroWest in Framingham, MA. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to motivate and inspire our members to reach their fitness goals in a supportive and empowering environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes and provide personalized attention to members
- Create and implement effective workout plans for individuals and groups
- Motivate and encourage members to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety of all participants
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workout environment
- Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized accreditation
- Experience in leading group fitness classes and working with individuals of all fitness levels
- Passion for health and fitness with a positive and motivating attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and/or evenings
