About the Role :
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Burn Boot Camp MetroWest in Framingham, MA. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to motivate and inspire our members to reach their fitness goals in a supportive and empowering environment.
Responsibilities :
Lead group fitness classes and provide personalized attention to members
Create and implement effective workout plans for individuals and groups
Motivate and encourage members to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety of all participants
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workout environment
Requirements :
Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized accreditation
Experience in leading group fitness classes and working with individuals of all fitness levels
Passion for health and fitness with a positive and motivating attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and / or evenings
