Call Center Agent – River County Rentals

Duties

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in office software applications for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
