What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and grow a customer base of pizzerias and foodservice operators
- Work closely with our broker partner in Arizona and collaborate with distributor sales teams
- Share product knowledge, drop off samples, and help customers incorporate our cheeses into their menus
- Use your listening and problem-solving skills to truly serve customers and uncover what they need
- Track activity and insights using Salesforce CRM
- Meet quarterly goals for sales volume and new customer growth
Who You Are:
- Based in Arizona and open to traveling 50% across the Western U.S.
- You might be coming from a background in sales, restaurants, hospitality, or culinary
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills and a drive to succeed
- Personable, approachable, and a great listener—you understand how to connect and build trust
- Someone who genuinely wants to help others succeed, not just close a deal
