Description
Burnett Medical Center is currently hiring an Accounting Assistant.
SHIFT & HOURS : Full-time, M-F, 8am-4 : 30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Printing and filing PO's, matching them to invoices, verify accuracy of vendor invoices, reconciliation between invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports. Computes discounts and net amounts payable. Codes invoices and enters invoices into computer system. Updating cash spreadsheets daily. AP and payroll processing backup.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Experience with accounts payable, payroll or purchasing principles.
Good organizational skills, accuracy and ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented.
Knowledge in Excel preferred.
