Position Title : Accounts Payable Coordinator & Receptionist

Location : Westchase area of Houston, Texas

Employment Type : Full-Time, On-Site (Monday through Friday)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator & Receptionist to join our team. This dual-role position combines financial responsibilities with front desk support, requiring a professional who thrives in a multitasking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance administrative and financial duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable Duties :

• Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices, ensuring proper documentation.
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files and records.
• Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• There may also be some accounts receivable duties such as cash applications.
